Debbie Joan Kinsler Dean Irvin, age 53 of Tazewell, departed this life at Ft. Sanders Hospital in Knoxville on Monday, February 24, 2014. She was born February 18, 1961. She was a member of Davis Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Kyles Ford and attended Fairview Baptist Church in Tazewell. She was preceded in death by her father, Willard Kinsler; sister, Coleen Dunsmore; grandparents, Harvey & Goldie Gibson and Rev. James (Mary Ann) Kinlser and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Debbie was a loving wife, daughter, sister and friend to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed.

She leaves to mourn her passing: Husband, Scott Irvin. Mother, Lillian Kinsler Dunsmore. Brothers and sister-in-law, Tony & Karen Kinsler and Charles (Chuck) Dunsmore. Sister and brother-in-law, Sherry & Dennis Lawson. Stepchildren, Marvin Irvin Jr. & wife Jeanine, Patsy Irvin Leedy & husband Steven, Bobby Irvin & wife Tabitha, Pamela Irvin and Melvin Irvin & wife Jessica. Special friend, Melissa Wilburn. Several nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.

Her family wishes to express to special thank you to all who came by, for the prayers, donations, food, flowers and kind words you have shown to the family during this time of sorrow.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2014, at the Davis Chapel Baptist Church. Rev. Mark Sutton, Rev. Roger Louthan & Rev. Earl Bowlin officiating. Special music was provided by the Fairview Quartet.

Interment followed in the Trent Cemetery on Panther Creek Road in Sneedville.

Serving as pallbearers were Dustin Dunsmore, Patrick Dean Dunsmore, Nathan Gibson, Marvin Irvin, Jonathan Leanord & Johnny Leanord.

Serving as honorary pallbearer was Nathanial Davis.

The family received friends from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at the McNeil Funeral Home in Sneedville and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2014, at Davis Chapel Baptist Church.
