Preston Dwayne Fisher, age 10 of Bean Station, passed away June 30, 2014, at UT Medical Center in Knoxville. He was preceded in death by great-grandmothers, Jean Fisher, Jan Lester, and Carolyn Richie, and great uncle, Timothy Dwayne Richie.

Survivors include his parents, Christopher Dwayne Fisher and Elisha Ann Fisher; sister, Alyssa Jean Ann Fisher; grandparents, Dwayne (Teresa) Fisher of New Tazewell and Wade (Sharon) Grooms of Bean Station; great grandfathers, Charles Lester of Tazewell and Andrew Richie of Bean Station; aunts and uncles, Julie Fisher of New Tazewell, Amanda (Joe) Jones of Tazewell, Steve (Tasha) Fisher of Jellico, Della (Robert) Haun and Carol (Wylie) Mink both of Blaine; and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held 7 p.m.. Thursday, July 3, 2014, in the chapel of Smith-Reagan Funeral Home in Rutledge with Rev. Gary Fletcher and Rev. Tony Lee Richie. Family and friends gathered at 10:45 a.m. Friday, July 4, 2014, in Irish Memorial Gardens in Tazewell for an 11 a.m. graveside service. The family received friends Thursday evening from 5-7 p.m. prior to services at the funeral home.
