Dorothy Veltri Ulrich, 98, passed away peacefully March 19, 2013 at St. Catherine's Village where she had lived seventeen years. She was a dear friend to so many there, always writing letters of encouragement and sending cards.

Dorothy was very active in the Del Mar Chamber of Commerce and directly involved with decisions related to the growth of the young city.
She worked primarily in electronic aerospace manufacturing. During retirement she enjoyed making beautiful quilts, collecting antiques and was an avid reader. She was again widowed in 1999.
Dorothy loved her family dearly, faithfully prayed for them, and took great pride in their many accomplishments.
