Lillian Adams Lipovsky, 89, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at Merit Health Rankin.
Visitation will be 4:30-6:30pm, Friday, March 31, 2017, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. A Rosary Service will follow at 6:30pm in the funeral home chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am, Saturday, April 1, 2017, at St. Jude Catholic Church in Pearl. Entombment services will be held at Westlawn Memorial Park in Gretna, Louisiana at a later date.
She was born November 21, 1927, in New Orleans, Louisiana, a daughter of the late Oscar and Mary Lomonaco Adams.
Mrs. Lipovsky moved to the Pearl area in 2006 with her late husband and has been a faithful member of St. Jude Catholic Church. Her faith and family were her treasures in life. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She loved cooking and enjoyed times when the family could gather together. She was an avid sports fan and loved watching all types of sports on television. Her favorite team was the Atlanta Braves.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence G. Lipovsky; sister, Beverly Adams; and brother, Oscar Adams, Jr.
She is survived by her son, Frank G. Lipovsky and wife Belinda; daughters, Lauren Curry and husband Mike, and Mary Carter and husband Richard; 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Catholic Church, P.O. Box 5526, Pearl, MS 39288.

Mary Liz, Laurie and Frankie, I am so very deeply sorry to hear of Cousin Lillian's passing. I still cannot comprehend that this has really happened. Cousin Lillian and Lawrence are together with our family and are definitely sitting up there next to Our Heavenly Father. She was truly a beautiful Lady inside and out. I love her so much. Always have, always will. I will keeep all of you in my prayers especially during this extremely difficult time. God Bless Cousin Lillian, Lawrence and all of the family always.
