Cindy & family,
I'm saddened to learn of Unk's passing. I haven't seen him in decades but received a lifetime of memories during the two years he and I shared the stage as part of the Rogues. I trust that God will comfort you and your family during this difficult time. Love, Bart

What a lovely man the Professor was. His enthusiasm for life was infectious. I never met Mr. Gilmer, but I had corresponded with him via e-mail and on Southern Billiards forum. We bonded right away as members of our generation. He will be missed terribly by those of us who were graced by his friendship. RIP, Professor. Save a seat on the rail for me.
