Vesta Nations Seay
Vesta Seay, 94, died Sunday March, 31 2013 at her residence. Mrs. Seay was born September 21, 1928 in Yazoo County, Ms. to Mr. and Mrs. Travis Moore.
Mrs. Seay was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Yazoo City. She worked as a credit manager for Ms. Chemical Corp. for many years.
Mrs. Seay is survived by daughter Linda Banks (Jerry) of Florence, Ms., daughter Patricia Vaughn (Alan) of Belle Chasse, La., grandson Grant Banks, grandson Burt Banks (Ellie), sister Joann White of Atlanta, Ga., step-son Delbert Seay of Harrison, Ar., and step-son Stanley Seay. She is preceded in death by her first husband John Nations, and her second husband Delbert Seay.
Services will be Wednesday April, 3, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in Glenwood Cemetery with the Rev. Richard Jennings officiating. Pallbearers will be Grant Banks, Burt Banks, Bo Moore, and Allie Nations, Jr. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5-7 at Stricklin-King Funeral Home in Yazoo City. Stricklin-King will handle the arrangements.
