He is survived by one sister, Rita Farmer, and her husband Ron and their children. Bill was not only a loving husband and father; he was also the proud grandfather of seven grandchildren.

The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to Dr. Tammy Young for her professional expertise, support, and commitment.

Henri--Read and I were saddened to hear of Billy's demise--we had no idea that he was ill. Our son, Cameron, was devastated because Bill took him under his wing at the Jackson CC and treated him with such kindness. You have lost your soulmate and we have lost a great friend.
