Candace "Candy" Cardale Teasley, 48, passed from this life on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Baptist Medical Center. Visitation will be from 5 - 8pm Friday, August 2, 2013 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services will be held at 1pm Saturday in the funeral home chapel with interment at Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
Candy was a resident of Pearl and worked as a waitress at Shoney's for 15 years.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Robbie Garrett Barrett.
Candy is survived by her husband, Carroll; daughters, Robbie Rogers of Pearl, and Dana Cox (Brent) of Star; father, Junior Barrett of Vina, AL; brothers, Bobby Griffin of Brandon, Dennis Griffin of Jackson, and Morris Griffin of Mendenhall; sister, Susie Barrett of Vicksburg; aunt, Kathleen Berryhill; cousins, Jim and Jennifer Berryhill all of Terry; aunt, Glendale Ferrara of New Orleans; granddaughters, Savannah and Madelyn Cox of Star; grandsons, John Carter Bond of Pearl and Memphis Walker Melton of Richland; and special friends, Harold and Sandy Davis of Louisville, KY, Mable Chapman of Jackson, and Nate Blount of Brandon, and Kay Reed; and numerous cousins and friends.
