Paul Leroy Rusche, 71, of Benton, MS, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at MS Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Mr. Rusche was retired from many years at Southern Bag Corp. in Yazoo City where he was in sales. He was a member of Trinity Pentecostal Church in Yazoo City.

Mr. Rusche is survived by his wife Mary Alice Rusche of Benton; daughters, Kirsten Vila "Jimmy" of Magee and Cindy Upton "Ray" of Canton; sons, Stuart Rusche "Michelle" of Magee, and Marcus Rusche " Sheila" of Benton; 11 grandchildren; sister Shirley Veazey of Benton; and sister-in-law Cathryn Donald of Yazoo City. He was preceded in death by his parents Benard and Annie Mae Rusche.

Funeral services for Mr. Rusche will be held Friday, September 5, 2014 at 11:00 am at Stricklin-King Funeral Home in Yazoo City. The visitation will be Thursday evening from 5-7 at the funeral home. The Rev. Gary Lonzo, Rev. Glenn Warrington, and Rev. Terry Robbins will conduct the funeral services. The grandsons of Mr. Rusche will serve as Pallbearers.

Mary Alice and children, I'm so very sorry for your loss. I worked with Paul at Southern Bag and know that he was a devoted husband and father. I feel as if I know all of you because he was always talking about you. He was very proud of his family. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
