Teresa will be remembered for her giant heart and loving character. She and her husband, Howard, never turned anyone away. Children, animals, and anybody else in need always had a place in their home, for as long as they needed.
Teresa, also known by many others as Nana, was never one for sitting around. Whether it was cruising around town or a road trip to see something new we would always find something to do. We went many places and saw many new things. Our most favorite was the lakes. Her children can't count how many times they piled into her car and headed to bottomless lakes or Fort Sumner. The ride to our destinations was always fun, inventive, and never boring. One of the things mom taught me was the importance of family, doing things together, and making memories. Although this is a trip, which she has to take without us, I am sure she will have many new things to show us then we meet up again.
Teresa now joins her parents, grandparents, and her niece Shannon Stewart, who are no doubt drinking and laughing together in heaven. Private services will be held, per Teresa's request. Family request no flowers, Donations can be made to the
