Clemente Dayrit, 84, of Clovis died Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at Retirement Ranch.
He was born Nov. 23, 1927, in Angeles City, Philippines.
He served in the U.S. Army and worked as a chef and a karate instructor.
Survivors include his wife, Luz; four daughters, Josie David, Myrna Cuizon, Daisy Walter and Jeana Miller; and two sons, Enrique Dayrit and Edsel Dayrit.
Services: 2 p.m. June 8 at Muffley Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Mission Garden of Memories.
