Eddie Lee "Ed" Mullins, 81, of Clovis, NM died Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at his home in Clovis. Services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, January 28, 2013, at First United Methodist Church with Keath Baskett officiating. Full Military Honors will be presented by Cannon Air Force Base Honor Guard. Burial will be in Garden of Honor at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens.
Ed was born January 18, 1932, to John Graves and Eddie Louise (Costley) Mullins in McClain County, OK. He married Jo Kelley June 11, 1957, in Sanford, TX. He retired as a MSgt from the US Air Force. He served during the Korea Conflict and two tours of Vietnam. Ed was a member of First United Methodist Church, VFW 3280, Noonday Lions, and Clovis Executive Association. He was a former Little League Coach and former member of the Board of Directors for Clovis National Little League. He was a wonderful husband and good friend to many, all of whom will miss him greatly.
Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of 55 years, Jo of the home; a son, Mark Mullins of Houston, TX; a grandson, Tyler Mullins, his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Jerry and Mary Ann Kelley, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and a brother.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the First United Methodist Church, 1501 N. Sycamore Clovis, NM 88101
