Mary Anne Howard, 65, of Hinesville entered into eternal life on Friday, May 23, 2014, with family and friends by her side.
Anne was born on May 3, 1949, to parents Ralph and Betty Graham of Avon Park, Fla. She touched many lives with her contagious personality and unwavering love of life. She guided and nurtured with her huge heart and was a surrogate mother to many over the years.
Anne adored spending time with her grandbabies and being their "Gamma." She found solace at the end of a fishing line and was always ready to hit a fishing hole.
Anne enjoyed her years of service at the Liberty County Clerk's Office and the people she encountered and interacted with daily.
Special gratitude and appreciation is extended to Hospice of South Georgia in Jesup, whom provided the amazing nursing care staff that consisted of Janet Harter Tyre, Paulette Parker, Kaitlin "Katie" Parker and Debbie Greene.
Survivors are her daughter and son-in-law, April Whidden and Sean Reddish of Ft. Lauderale, Fla.; son and daughter-in-law, Graham Scott and Monica Whidden of Petaluma, Calif.; sister and brother-in-law, Gloria and Bill Bush; grandchildren, Kealy Whidden, Payton Reddish and Jake Reddish; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
