Marsalee A. Rozell-Bellgraph, 54, of Midway, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by those who she laughed with, lived for and loved on Feb. 20, 2014.
She was born in Elmira, N.Y., where she graduated from Southside High School. She then moved to Georgia where she made friends who she called family. Her generous heart filled her home with love, fun, family and friends. She believed there was always room for one more.
She leaves her family with the knowledge that they were all truly loved.
She was predeceased by her mother and stepfather, Beverly and Bucky Simpson, and her father, Albert Leeroy Griswold.
She is survived by her lifelong soulmate Don Bellgraph; her loving children, Arthur (JJay) Rozell, Sheila Rozell and Amy Hamilton; her brothers and sisters, Albert Leeroy Griswold, Durland Griswold, Miracle Williams, Donnie Simpson and Barbra Fletcher; her four granddaughters and five grandsons who she adored.
She has touched every life she has met, and will be truly missed. "Though she be but little, She is fierce."
We invite our family and friends to celebrate her life with us at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, at Fleming Baptist Church in Midway.
