Renate A. Bond, 74, of Hinesville passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012, at Hospice Savannah after a short illness.
Renate was born in Germany on Sept. 30, 1938. She had lived in Liberty County for many years. Renate worked at Walmart for more than 20 years. She was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors are her special friend, Ernest E. Wells Jr., and her Walmart family.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday, October 5, at Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home in Flemington.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, at Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Richard Halbur officiating. Burial will follow in the Hinesville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Charlie Klingbeil, Brother Matavoa, Dale Keifer and Charlie Graham.
Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
