DOLEN, Norma Jean (Elliott)
April 12, 1926 - July 5, 2016
Once in a while God gives us a gift, a miracle
to remind us of his love, a gift that can touch
many, with just a simple smile, or a wave
goodbye from a window as your passing by.
She was a reminder to stay true, to be as
joyful, and as innocent as a child. To open
up your home, and be as loving to friends as
to a stranger walking by, to be strong, and
be a pillar in your community, your family and
in your life. To always give without reverence,
and to do on to others as they do on to you.
And mostly to live your life with a loving and kindest
of heart, this gift was giving in the most dearest and graceful soul of
Norma Jean Dolen. Norma went home to be with the lord at the age of
90 years on July the 5th 2016. Norma was predeceased by her loving
husband of 58 years Lloyd Dolen, her beloved son Allan and his wife
Xidy, son in law Laurence Duckett, her two granddaughters Wendy and
Dawn Jaqueline, two sisters Marg and Dixie Lee, Her parents Norman
and Bessy Elliott. She is sadly grieved by her devoted children Jack
(Helen), Don (Herga), Richard, Lorna (John), Linda, Louise, Wayne
(Lola), Lylia (Larry) 24 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, 5 great
great grandchildren and her three brothers Ken, Jack, and Bruce Elliott,
