There's so much to say about the 33 ½ year relationship that my mom, Ann Trouchon, and I had with Jackie ~ she was such a great friend and mother-in-law! It's funny; her son, Rich, and I divorced many years ago, but in my mind, Jackie remained my mother-in-law of sorts. We had our monthly lunch dates (with the grand-kids at my house when Jackie was able to drive) and then, later, just the 3 of us, at her home in Del Webb or the Timberrose Restaurant and, lastly, when she moved to assisted living in Roseville Commons. We'd walk across the parking lot and eat at Chubby's Diner & then browse the “Shop-A-holic store next door ~ Jackie loved to shop! Whenever an introduction was made Jackie always said “These are my two friends Ann & Shelly” and I'd say “Actually, Jackie was my mother-in-law for many years, and I still consider her that way.” Mom and I will miss Jackie on many levels; she was a part of our lives for a long, long time, and we loved her very much.

My heart goes out to you for the deep loss you must be feeling for your beloved Jacqueline. How sad to lose someone so loved and so needed. May you find comfort in prayer and in one another. (Jeremiah 29:12,13)

The picture of Jackie in the gallery captured how she looked every day that I saw her at work (PERB). She was energetic, always smiling and indispensible to the Board members and her co-workers. I ran into her in a restaurant in Fort Bragg - of all places! Neither of us knew of the other's vacation plans. When she retired we knew she was off on a new adventure traveling to exotic locations for her import business. What a blessing to have had her with us. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends. Lisa Clark

Dear Diegle Family,
I was fortunate to have Jackie work with me at PERB in Business Services, and I remember her willingness to work hard and do whatever was needed to keep the board members and staff happy. She was always good-natured and fun to be with. She also heartily participated in office social events; she lent me a Little Bo Peep costume one year for Halloween (that I assume she made) and dressed herself as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. I have many fond memories of Jackie, and I know you family members must, too. May these memories carry you through this sad time.

Dear Diegle family, we are sorry for your loss, but always remember that God is ready to help you during this difficult time, like the bible says in Numbers 6:26 "May God lift up his face toward you and assign peace to you"!

Diegle Family...my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. I worked with Jackie when she worked for PERB. After she retired, I would run into her in town but it had been a while since I saw her. She was an awesome person full of so much love and energy. My deepest sympathies. God bless her.

I will miss our conversations about the Boston Red Sox, all of Jackie's travels, and great Italian food. I often think of her saying, "Mangia, mangia!" before we ate. We love you so much, Grandma!

I am so happy that my last memory of my grandma is listening to her sing and watching her tap dance as we walked back to her room on Thanksgiving day. I love you very much grandma and am glad you are in heaven with grandpa Don, Grandma Chapman, and Grandpa Chapman and many more loved ones.

Jackie, my sister, Ann, and I go back many years and with many fond memories of our time together when we were kids back in Everett. Her dad, Stacio, was the head of the boys, his eight brothers. Just about every Sunday, after church, we would meet at one of our aunt's house where we would enjoy the family and lots and lots of food - and the pastries. We will miss Jackie.

I have so many great memories of us and I will never forget the wonderful times we spent together. One of my favorites being the week long stays at Dillons beach with Grandpa and David. I loved your Italian ways, high energy, and humor. When Giavanna was born, it made me happy to hear you sing to her in Italian and it makes me sad that you won't see her grow up.
We are very lucky to have you in our lives and we love you very much. Grandma, I know you are in a better place and you will deeply be missed.

Rich: Sorry to hear of your loss. Losing any family member is tough, but losing our mom is tougher. Take heart in all that she meant to you and the times you spent together. She is, and always will be, a part of you and with you.

My deepest sympathy to all of Jackie's family and friends. To her sons Rich and Steve, she was a wonderful lady and she will live in your hearts forever. I know that we are all sad right now, but I have faith that your mom has joined her family in heaven. I think that mothers are one of God's greatest blessings, and your mom was no exception. Her smile made her a joy to be around and she was full of grace and dignity. We will miss her dearly.

On November 30, 2013 the woman who gave me life left this world to join her husband, father, mother, brother and the angels. Her spirit, guidance and endless love will be truly missed by everyone whose lives she touched. We all love you Mom.
