Christopher Biggy Winstead passed away surrounded by family and friends in Auburn, Calif., on April 18, 2014 at the age of 28.
Biggy was one of the kindest hearted, generous, and sincere human beings anyone could have met. He had a contagious sense of humor that would have anybody and everybody laughing and his love and kindness for all people and animals made him touch everybodys lives in many ways. He was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to so many.
Those who have been blessed by him in their lives knew Chris because of his genuine heart, forgiveness to all, endless optimism, his hard working attitude, his ability to show compassion, and his motivation and drive to never give up. He had unconditional and never ending love for his wife and daughters and his loving attitude made him the best example and role model for his family. He will be greatly missed by his wife Halley and his three beautiful daughters; Piper, Bo, and Sloane whose memories of their proud and adoring father and husband will continue to live on. This wonderful man truly saw the finest in every living thing in this world and he lived life with an open mind, good intentions, and he lived only wanting the best for his family, friends, and all people he touched. He will be so greatly missed by each and every person and he will live on in our hearts and through the many lives that he saved through his unselfish choice of organ donation.
We love you Christopher James Winstead, this will never be goodbye, it will be until we meet again.
A Celebration of Life in Chriss memory will be held at Crossroads Church at 10050 Wolf Road in Grass Valley on May 31st from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers please consider donation to the Christopher Biggy Winstead memorial Fund, 1603313 at Golden One Credit Union.
