Debrah (Debby) Newell passed away on March 11, 2014. She is survived by her son Josh Newell, her aunt Marnelle Gibson and her sisters Dana Corin and Bobbi Jean Akers as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was a Roseville native, graduating from Roseville High School in 1965.
Debby worked as a clerk for the Southern Pacific Railroad for many years before earning her Real Estate License in 1985. Early in her career she worked in new home sales, eventually moving to the resale market. She found her niche selling for long time Roseville Broker Kirk Doyle. While working for Kirk she became involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation organizing and coordinating the annual fundraising golf tournament in Roseville, Calif.
Debby had a passion for life and the people she loved! All who knew her knew of her adventurous spirit. She was always up for a gathering of friends, a road trip or an afternoon matinee with "the girls". Her smile and laughter will be missed by all who were touched by her charismatic spirit.
Her Celebration of Life will be held at the Trocadero, 119 Church St., Roseville Calif. on Sunday, April 6 beginning at 1 p.m.
