Elsie May "Babe" Geddes
1931 - 2013

Elsie May "Babe" Geddes passed away due to congestive heart failure on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2013 with her family by her side. Elsie was born June 22 1931 Auburn Calif.
Elsie "Babe" was a Banking Loan Officer. Babe and Jack Geddes celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary in August of this year. Babe was born in Auburn Calif., and attended Sierra College when it was located in Auburn. Babe worked at the Bank of America Auburn Branch. She loved the history of Auburn and had numerous great stories of "Old Town".
Babe and Jack loved to travel and Babe loved to plan trips. Babe also loved gardening and stopping in at Yamasaki Nursery. She was very fond of chocolate milkshakes, "thick and cold".
Babe and Jack relocated to Washington in 2005 to be close to family. Babe dearly loved her family and friends. She will be so deeply missed by all of us.
She is survived by husband, Jack L Geddes; son, James C Geddes; daughter-in-law, Nancy Geddes; grandchildren, Corey and Meadow Geddes; great-grandchildren, Maya Geddes and Logan Williams; Uncle, Chet Knittle and Aunt Vi Knittle.
