Nan Arnold, beloved wife and mother, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on May 1, 2013. She was born on December 29, 1939 in South Korea and lived throughout the Far East, Ohio, and Northern California as an Army wife before moving to Folsom where she resided for the past 10 years. Nan's greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. She also loved the outdoors and could be seen almost daily gardening and taking long walks in her neighborhood.
Nan is survived by her husband of 52 years, Bill Arnold; daughter, Susan Harmon (David); son, Bob Arnold (Jennifer); daughter, Cathy Calderara (Norm); seven grandchildren; a sister, Nam Bok Kang (Young); a brother, Nak Pyo Chae; and loving nieces and nephews.
A memorial service celebrating Nan's life will be held at Oak Hills Church, 1100 Blue Ravine Road, Folsom on Friday, May 24, 2013 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Kent Carlson officiating.
Nan will be buried at Mountain View Cemetery, Oakland, Calif.
