Edmond Magnus Jacobsen II, age 57, of Englewood, CO died Sunday evening, November 4, 2018. He passed away peacefully at home and into the presence of his Lord after a 5 year battle with cancer. Ed was born March 27, 1961 in Ft. Logan, CO and raised in old Logantown where he eventually graduated from Sheridan H.S. in 1979. He went on to Colorado Aerotech in Broomfield and was licensed as an aircraft mechanic in structural engineering. He became well-known for rebuilding structural damage on aircraft. A wonderful friend, he was loved dearly by his family and all who knew him. Even through his illness, Ed never lost his smile.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Jacklyn, by two sons, Ryan Simpson and Tyler Jacobsen, by two grandsons, Zavian & Noah, by his mother, Constance of Sheridan, his sister and brother-in-law Angela and Paul Roberts of Sedalia, his brother Lance of Englewood, and beloved nieces, Shawnte & Kristen Roberts of Sedalia.
The memorial service will be held at Hudson Gardens Events Center in Littleton CO on Saturday, November 17th at 4:30 p.m.
