District Court Judge Robert
F. Kelley, (Ret) of Littleton, CO,
passed away peacefully in his
home on July 7, 2018, at the
age of 91. Robert was born in
Denver, grew up in Englewood
and served briefly in WWII.
Later he completed his Juris
Doctorate at Denver University
and practiced law before becoming a
Municipal Judge. The family moved to
Littleton where he was appointed District
Court Judge and eventually Chief
District Judge in 1980.
He is survived by his wife Shirley of
68 years, four children: Colleen,
Dan, Marsha and Jeffrey,
six grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren. Robert
was a loving and gentle man
with integrity, compassion and
optimism. He was a member of
Mayflower Church for 86 years
and always had a big smile and
an open heart for those in need. His
family and friends celebrate his life and
the positive influence he had on many
