Carlos Gallegos 49, of Fort Lupton, entered into eternal life Dec, 11 at Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton.
Carlos was born in Denver to Manuel Gallegos and Lydia A. Gallegos Jan. 30, 1968. He will live in our hearts forever and will be missed by his family.
Survivors include his daughter Raquel L. Gallegos; his mother, Lydia; a brother, Manuel (Janell) Gallegos; sisters Anna (Johnny) Brannon and Martina (Mike) McConnell; a grandson Nehemiah Garcia; his long-time companion, Sherry Barcelona; his nephew and nieces Brandon Rhoda, Brenna Rhoda, Dominic Malara, Isabella Malara, Kuper McConnell, Joylynn Gallegos and Paige Gallegos; great-nephews, Isaiah Rhoda and Hector A. Sanchez; and a great-niece, Analiyah Sanchez.
His father, Manuel Gallegos, preceded him in death.
Carlos was an avid, hunter, trapper and fisherman. He loved nature and enjoyed time spent with his good friend (flash.) Carlos was a meat cutter for 18 years with Albertson Grocers and other meat companies in Denver.
Rosary and Mass were at St. William Catholic Church in Fort Lupton. The celebrant of Mass was Grzeogrz Wojcik.
