Olive Branch - JOSEPH A. BYNUM, 52, of Olive Branch, was born on June 21, 1961 and went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 18, 2014. He worked for Rayloc/ NAPA for almost 35 years as a Project Manager. He was a member of Gracewood Baptist Church in Southaven. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends at his home in Olive Branch. Going to the Florida beaches with his wife, Gay and golfing with his friends were among some of his favorite activities. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter H. Bynum. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Gay Bynum of Olive Branch; daughter, Samantha Perepichay and her husband, Gene of Olive Branch; mother, Ophelia J. Bynum of Memphis; grandsons, Ethan and Eli Perepichay of Olive Branch and Devon Rickett of Coldwater. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many friends. Joe was a loyal and loving husband, father, son, "Big Daddy," uncle, and friend who will always be loved and greatly missed. Visitation will be Sunday, June 22 from 2 p.m. until the service begins at 3 p.m. at Gracewood Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Autumn Woods Memorial Park in Olive Branch. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Gracewood Baptist Church in Southaven. Arrangements are in the care of Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven, MS.
