Mary Ann (Kibbee) Boyd

PENACOOK - Mary Ann (Kibbee) Boyd, 72, of Penacook, left this world with grace and faith, on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 12, 2013, at 6:22 a.m., surrounded by her family.

Mary loved her home, people, her gardens and most of all her family. She opened both her heart and her home to everyone she loved. You could never find a more honest and genuine person who never hesitated to show her affection. Spoiling her family was her favorite past time, followed by sitting and watching nature from her porch, especially when it rained. She so loved the rain.

Mary was predeceased by her father and mother, Marble and Sarah Kibbee; her sister Virginia; brothers, Robert, Donny and Edward Kibbee; nephew, David Sinclair and great-nephew Michael Dash.

Mary leaves behind her daughter, Kellee Jo and husband, James Easler of Boscawen; granddaughter, Jordyn Easler and Fiancé, Albert Deshaies and their two children, Alexander and Alivia of Penacook; grandsons, Jevin and James Easler of Boscawen; niece, Jessica (JD) Rogers Davis and her best friend, James Lafond and their dog Casey.

Mary is survived by sisters, Lois Sinclair and Shellie Kibbee; sister-in-law, Janet Kibbee; nieces and nephews who include, Rhonda, Janice, Shonus, Jeff, Ryan, Sarah, Steven, Debbie and Mark; and many great-nieces and nephews; along with special friends Al Cyr, Larry Jones, Jimmie G., Barbara Reale, Martin and Sherry, Ming and Dave N.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, May 15, from 4 to 6:30 p.m., at the Wendell J. Butt Funeral Home, 42 Washington St., Penacook. A family friend Larry Jones will lead the family in an informal prayer and celebration of life service beginning at 6:30 p.m., in the funeral home.

People are welcome to come back to Mary's home after the services. A perennial flower may be dropped off to James Lafond for the creation of Mary's Memorial Garden in her backyard.
