Stanley M. Hoyt

PENACOOK - Stanley M. Hoyt, 92, died Sunday, May 19, 2013, at his home in Penacook.

He was born in Penacook, the son of Wallace and Winnie (Belle) Hoyt and has lived in the area his entire life, graduating from Penacook High in 1938.

After high school Stanley served his country in the United States Army in World War II. After his service Stanley returned to Penacook and began to work in the family business, Hoyt Electrical Instrument Works Inc. He became and owner and Vice President of the company for many years and he never retired working a couple days a week right up until last week.

He is predeceased by his parents as well as his brother Douglas Hoyt.

He leaves his beloved wife, Rita (L'Heureux) Hoyt of Penacook; two brothers, Weldon Hoyt and his wife, Geraldine and Harlan Hoyt and his wife, Margaret all of Penacook; and many nieces and nephews.

There will be no services.

A private committal will take place at the families convenience in Woodlawn Cemetery in Penacook.

Memorial donations may be made in his memory to the Penacook Rescue Squad, 1 Oak St., Boscawen, 03303.
