Dot will be missed by many. She was a real character. I had her as a "voluntary" student in a class I taught at the Thompson School. She was great fun to have in class. She also contributed greatly to the Governor's Commission on the Humane Treatment of Animals. My condolences to her family.

Sad news indeed. Dot had a personality that was larger than life. I enjoyed our discussions about life and animals where there were always laughs, big, booming laughs.
