Ngel Ojulu Omot passed Sunday, July 21, 2013, at his home in Concord. He was born Jan. 1, 1986 in Malakal, Sudan. He came to the United States in 1998 and was proud to have recently become a U.S. citizen.

After graduating from Concord High School in 2005 he attended New Hampshire Technical Institute. He worked at McLane North East in Contoocook.

Ngel enjoyed all sports, being outside, and he excelled at soccer. He was a very kind hearted man and everyone enjoyed being around him. He did all he could to help everyone and always put others first. He had many very close friends. Ngel worked very hard for everything that he had. He loved riding his motorcycle and showing off his new truck. He was a proud man. He wanted everyone to live by his two favorite expressions: "Why so serious?" and "Live life to the fullest!". Ngel touched everyone and will be missed by all.

Ngel is survived by his mother, Adduk; his two sisters and one brother, all residing in Sudan; and his foster parents, Eugene and Joanne Demmons of Gouldsboro, Maine. He is also survived by his brother, Okong and Okong's wife, Shawna; his sister, Lizzy; his nephew, Ochon; and his two nieces, Zakiyah and Achara, all of Augusta, Maine; and his loving fiancée, Jaclyn Markey; and her parents Lynne and Tim Markey of Concord.
