Patricia Cleveland, 78, of Pitman Street in Concord, died Thursday, May 8, 2014, at Pleasant View Center, after a brief illness.

She was born in Concord, daughter of the late Rocco and Alice (Chaput) DeCicco. Patricia was a graduate of St. John's High School. She was a stay at home mom to her four daughters, and also found time to volunteer for the Salvation Army for more than 40 years.
She is survived by her four daughters, Mary Jane Cleveland of Epsom, Monica Anderson of Manchester, Kim Schiavone of Tilton and Shari Cablic of Concord; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and her sister, Michelle Woodhead of Concord.
She was predeceased by one brother, Richard DeCicco; and two sisters, Marie Gilson and Delores Milbury.
Memorial visiting hours will be celebrated on Saturday, May 17, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Waters Funeral Home, 50 S. Main St., Concord.
Per family request, there will be no funeral and burial will be held privately.
