Pauline Liouzis, 92, of Loudon Road, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at Epsom Health Care.

She was born in Pembroke, on Oct. 2, 1921, the daughter of the late Euclide and Florida (Bourget) Turgeon. She was owner and operator several business in Concord, including a dress shop on Pleasant Street, and along with her husband, Steve, ran the Harvard Restaurant and then El Rancho Restaurant on Loudon Road for many years.
After her husband's passing, she continued to send clothing and support to his family in Albania. She enjoyed going to flea markets, and yard sales and taking bus trips to Fox Woods with her friends.
Pauline is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth "Betty" Mitoulas and her husband, Nicholas, of Concord; her grandchildren, Michael Mitoulas and Debra Puleo and her husband, Salvatore, all of Concord; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Stephen Liouzis; her son, William Liouzis; and her five sisters.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, May 22, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Waters Funeral Home, 50 South Main St., Concord. A Trisagion service will be held at 7 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be on Friday, May 23, at 9:30 a.m. at the Holy Trinity Church, 68 North State St., Concord. Fr. Michael Wilson will be the celebrant.
Burial will follow at the Blossom Hill Cemetery, Concord.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Holy Trinity Church, 68 North State St., Concord.
