Geraldine F. (Foster) Sullivan, 97 of Concord, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2014, after a period of declining health. The daughter of Clarence Edwin and Edith M. (Pease) Foster she was born in Sutton on February 24, 1917. Geraldine worked at Rumford Press and Sprague Electric in Concord for many years. Dede loved to garden. She even made her own fertilizer and grew an assortment of beautiful flowers including black irises and African violets. Travel with friends on weekend excursions were among her pleasures. She also spent time living in other parts of the country including Florida, Minnesota, Texas and more recently in Concord.

Geraldine is predeceased by four brothers, Frederick, Gerald (twin), Gerald 2nd (Bud) and Eugene (Shrimp); and two sisters, Dorothy Townsend and Harriet Newton.
Geraldine is survived by her son, Richard Holbrook and his wife, Judy of South Strafford, Vt.; two daughters, Helena Vintinner of Leander, Texas and Joan Perriello of Concord; many cousins; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 19, at 1 p.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery, Buck Street in Pembroke.
