EPSOM - Shirley G. Perkins passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at Merrimack County Nursing Home, after a long illness.

Shirley, 82, was born February 18, 1930 in Waite, Maine to Allison and Edmund Rideout. Shirley married and had six children
Shirley lived many years of her life in Epsom with her loved one Richard Pellerin. In her younger years she was mostly a homemaker, she also was a Den Leader for the 4H in Raymond. She worked at Sharon Nursing Home and many years at Zayer of Concord.
Shirley enjoyed cooking, gardening, reading, camping and the beach. She loved the wind, the rain and the sun on her face and all of her grandchildren.
Shirley was predeceased by her loved one Richard Pellerin; eldest child Betty Jo Gardner; and her youngest child Michael E. Perkins.
Shirley is survived by a brother and sister-in-law Jerry and Norma Rideout of Connecticut; sister and brother-in-law Patricia and Richard Authur of New Hampshire; son Randall Perkins of Arkansas; three daughters and son-in-laws Candice and Paul DeMars of New Hampshire, Beverly and Frank Collins from New Hampshire, and Holly and Dan Titus from Massachusetts; 15 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
Shirley is going to be greatly missed by all her loved ones.
At Shirley's request she has been cremated.
Please join us in celebration of her life Sunday, November 11, from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Alan's Restaurant, Route 3 in Boscawen.
