Eugene Richard House July 29, 1925 - Dec 1, 2012 Resident of Pinole Eugene House passed away peacefully on December 1, 2012 in Pinole. Eugene served his country in the U. S. Navy as a Seabee and was honorably discharged as a Machinist Mate 3rd Class. He also worked for Chevron at the Richmond Refinery, retiring with more than 25 years of service. He was an avid dancer, and especially loved ballroom dancing. In his earlier years, he enjoyed giving tennis lessons to local kids. He was active with the senior center, enjoyed meeting and talking with people and loved his daily walks. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Jeanne House; his son, Gary House and his wife Debbie of Truckee, CA; son, Michael House and his wife Lois of Salem, OR; his stepdaughter, Betty DeOrian and her husband Richard of Pinole, CA. He also leaves behind his sister, Christine Hicks and her husband Jim of Lower Lake, CA as well as 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
