Grandson to Francisco Borges, founder of the Borges Ranch, Walnut Creek; son of Fernando "Fred" Borges, heir to 1/3 of the Borges Ranch; Married to Lois Davis (Borges), and then predeceased by wife Susan Borges (McGeehon); Predeceased by brothers Melvin "Mel" and Alvaro "Al" Borges; survived by sister Leonora "Leni" Baker (Borges) and sisters-in-law Theo "Bert" and Dorothy "Dot" Borges; Father of Denise Ramos, Guy Borges, Dale Borges and Timothy Borges; Grandfather of Kyle, Garrett and Jenna Borges, Brandon and Kara Hirata, Shawnia Borges; Great-grandfather of Brooklyn, Emry, Cruz, Colton, Rianna and Matthew; Long-time bar and restaurant owner/operator at the Red Stove and Point After, Navy combat veteran of the Korean War, cattle/rodeo cowboy, truck driver, bartender, hunter, Raider season ticketholder, rebel. Deeply loved by his family and friends, including his band of hoodlums lunch club.
