Johanna Weltz

Johanna Helena Weltz (deGraef) Aug. 28, 1939 to Jan. 1, 2014 Resident of Martinez Beloved wife Kenneth Weltz (preceded in death), caring sister of Hans deGraef and Mary deGraef - Gould and devoted mother of Debra Weltz, Robert Weltz, and Kelly Hornsby. She was the treasured mother-in-law to Ronnie Hornsby and the cherished grandmother of Samantha and Jacqueline Hornsby and step-grandmother of Alesa and Jason Hornsby. Helen was born in Holland and immigrated to the US in 1950 at the age of 10. She attended Alhambra High School and Providence Nursing School after which she worked at Martinez Community hospital before retiring to be a stay at home mom. Helen loved to travel around the world with her husband Ken and spend quality time with her children and friends. Family and friends are invited to join us on Saturday January 18th at the family home.
