Gwendolyn Fresquez Obituary

Resident of Richmond
Gwen, a native of Richmond, worked as a Veterinarian Technician for El Cerrito Pet Hospital for 30 years. She co-founded Von Schonheit Rottweilers and Paws and Tails Animal Rescue.
She is survived by her wife Linda Fresquez, father Louis Fresquez Sr. (Gloria), brothers Louis Fresquez Jr. (John) and Anthony Fresquez, daughter Melissa Ferguson (Douglas), grandsons Joshua, Tyler and Ian and many other loving family members and friends. Gwen is preceded in death by her mother Karen Azevedo Fresquez and her grandparents Joseph and Cristella Fresquez and George and June Azevedo.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, September 23, 2013 at 11:00 am at St. David's Catholic Church, 5641 Esmond Ave., Richmond.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Take the Lead (takethelead.org)
