Mary Allen Obituary
Resident of Livermore
On Sunday October 20, 2013, Mary Allen passed away with her children at her side from Chronic Respiratory Illness.
Mary was born on June 18, 1928 to William and Mary Reardon in Detroit, Michigan. She moved to California in 1952 and resided in Fremont for 42 years.
Mary was a devoted wife, caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed her family, music, and being a home maker for 59 years.
Mary is predeceased by her husband of 48 years Thomas Allen, daughter Mary Allen Linhart, and siblings: William Reardon, Johnny Reardon, Jim Reardon, Sr. Margaret Ann Reardon and Christine Reardon Whelan. She is survived by her children: Bill Allen, Tim Allen, Pat Allen, Kathleen Allen Gondkoff, Eileen Allen Faria, and Beth Allen Tremoureux; 23 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Patricia Reardon Marin, Kathleen Reardon Elliott, Pat Reardon and Dan Reardon.
Visitation on Sunday, October 27, from 1-5pm with a Vigil at 3pm at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont. Funeral Mass on Monday, October 28, 11:30am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 40382 Fremont Blvd., Fremont.
