William Alfred Freeny

William Alfred Freeny June 9, 1929 - Aug. 7, 2013 Resident of Bay Area William Alfred Freeny, born June 9, 1929 in Freeny, MS and entered into eternal rest on Aug. 7, 2013 in Red Bluff, CA. His four loving daughters were at his bedside on his day of passing just as he had wished. William "Bill" Freeny was the youngest child of Charles and Dixie Freeny; He was a patriot who served three years in the US Navy. Bill enjoyed following all sports and NASCAR racing, and loved to read and watch westerns. He is survived by his children, Jim Freeny (Karen), Rochelle Long, Debra Eberstein (Mike), Nancy Valli (Reco), and Jenell Coblyn (Jim), 9 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 08/30/2013, 3:00 p.m., Callaghan's Mortuary, Livermore, CA, and inurned at Memory Gardens, Livermore, CA.
