David Hebble Obituary

David Howard Hebble Sept. 7, 1935 ~ May 24, 2010 Resident of Lafayette David Howard Hebble passed away on May 24, 2010 in Lafayette, CA at the age of 74. Born September 7, 1935, David grew up in Springfield, Ohio. He served 4 years in the U.S. Navy before earning his degree at Ohio State. He remained a devoted "Buckeye" fan all his life. David raised his 3 daughters, Christine, Sally and Downey, in Lafayette with his wife Nancy. He had 7 grandchildren and was a Lafayette resident for 36 years. David worked for American Building Maintenance Industries in San Francisco for 24 years. He retired as Chief Financial Officer at the age of 65. David was an avid sports fan who enjoyed reading, games, and meeting friends at his favorite restaurant. He was well loved and respected by his family, friends, and co-workers and will be remembered for his loyalty, friendly nature, and kind heart. A memorial service will be held to honor David on Sunday, June 6, 2010 at 3:00pm at The Stratford at Countrywood, 1545 Pleasant Hill Road, Lafayette, CA, (925) 932-9910. All friends of David are welcome.

Dear Nancy, Christine, Sally and Downey,

I am so sorry about Dave passing away at such a relatively young age. He was a dear friend of my Uncle George's, and I will always appreciate that bond of friendship between the two of them. Thank you for your family's kindness to George as well. Sincerely, Anne
