John passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday surrounded by his loving family.
John was a loving, hardworking man who owned Johnny's Barber shop on Clayton Road for many years and belonged to Carpenters Local 152 before retiring in 1983. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and was a member of BPOE 1994 for 50 years.
On December 7th of this year, John would have celebrated 50 years of marriage with his loving wife Nancy Carroll Magana. Along with Nancy, John is survived by his children Karol Haynes, Randy Magana, and Kellie Morales (Tony); brothers Mike, Phil, Denny, Frank and sister Isabel Massey; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and his loving and supportive neighbors. He was proceeded in death by his parents, 6 brothers and 2 sisters.
John's lively personality and captivating stories will be greatly missed.
