Lloyd Duncan Obituary
Lloyd B. Duncan Apr. 10, 1937 - Jan. 28, 2014 Former Clayton, Resident It's with great sadness that the family of Lloyd B. Duncan announces he peacefully passed away on January 28, 2014. Lloyd was born in Clayton, California on April 10, 1937 and lived there until about ten years ago. He was one of four children born to Bernard and Helen Duncan. Lloyd was a Ranch Manager in Clayton, CA for many years and an Operating Engineer for 30 years for Kaiser Sand & Gravel. He retired in 1998. In retirement he enjoyed watching the horse races with his friends and became an Early American History buff and a talented wood carver. He always enjoyed and looked forward to driving his red truck to go to the shooting range with his sons and grandson. Lloyd is survived by Alfreida Ramos Duncan, his wife of 55 years; his three sons, Joseph, Michael and Charles Duncan their wives Patricia, Pamela & Kristina; three grandchildren, Robert, Garrett and Sarah Duncan; his sister Barbara Sickenberger and brother Glen Duncan. He was preceded in death by his oldest brother Earl Duncan. Services will be private. Donations may be made to the Clayton Historical Society Memorial Fund or to the .
