Nancy L. Griswell (Appler) Mar. 2, 1951 - Apr. 15, 2012 Resident of Martinez Nancy was born in Silver Spring, MD and received her B.A. Degree in Nursing from University of MD. She became a Certified Nurse Anesthetist working at Johns Hopkins University Hospital in Baltimore, MD. After moving to CA in 2000, she worked for Kaiser Hospitals in Martinez, Walnut Creek and Antioch. Nancy was the daughter of the former LCDR Hollis A. and Anita Griswell of Wheaton, MD. Nancy is survived by her nephew, James Griswell and his wife, Mary, and their two children David and Nancy E. Griswell of Pleasant Hill. Internment services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wed. April 25 at the Oakmont Memorial Park, 2099 Realize Valley Rd., Lafayette, CA.
