Resident of Antioch
Romeo passed away on Monday. He touched many lives, especially his 3 grandchildren which he loved so much.
Romeo was born in San Pedro Moncada, Tarlac, Philippines. He served the U.S.Navy for 20 years. He is a member of the El Shaddai Prayer Partner Foundation International ( a catholic charismatic prayer group), Santo Nino Prayer Group of Pittsburg. and a former member of The Fil-Am Association of Pittsburg, and The Northern California Moncadenians Association.
Romeo is survived by his loving wife, Zenaida Duque Rubis Rayrao, loving children, Rozen, Ray, Rowena, Ritchie, grandchildren, Ray, Nathen, Alexis, of Antioch, Ca, His brother Gil Rayrao and sister-in-law Alicia, their children, Nelson, Imelda, Armi, Gil Jr and his wife Marites and their children, His sister, Feliza Rayrao Batecen of the Philippines. His generous loving spirit will be missed by all who knew him.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, Jan. 27, 2014 at 4pm with a vigil 7pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Funeral liturgy Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014 at 10am at St. Peter Martyr Church. Committal services following at Holy Cross Cemetery, Antioch.
