Frank Lazaro Oct. 17, 1919 Mar. 16, 2014 Resident of Richmond Frank was one of nineteen children born to Carmen and Bernabe Lazaro who immigrated from Spain. Frank was a life-long resident of Richmond where he was a member of the Moose, Elks and Eagles Lodges. Frank retired from Erickson's, a sub-contractor for Standard oil in the early 50's. Frank also owned a restaurant called the "Golden Phesant" in San Pablo. Frank married his beloved Regina in 1959 and she preceded him in death in 1987. Frank is survived by his four sisters Carmen Lisse of San Pablo, Emily Rodriquez of Brentwood, Mona Murphree of Richmond, Connie Straus of Vallejo and many generations of nieces and nephews, who adored and loved him. He will be greatly missed and always remembered as an impeccable dresser and an incorrigible flirt. Visitation: Saturday Mar. 22, 2014 9:00AM-11:00AM Wilson & Kratzer Civic Center.
