Ginger passed on Saturday, April 12,2014, in Pleasanton California. Ginger was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend and will be deeply missed by all she touched. Loving wife of Richard "Dick" Aafedt She is survived by her husband, Richard, children and their spouses: John and Barbara Aafedt, Cindy Aafedt, Susan and Ray Bartlett, Debbie and Eric Aafedt; grandchildren: Jad and Raven Abousoud, Jinny and David Dvorak, Whitney and David Moore, Hillary Aafedt, Laura England Witt and Ben and Tiffany Parrish; and great-¬grandchildren, Lindsey, Madden and Jordan.
Preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Beth Campbell, and her sister, Marjorie Jo Santarpia.
Ginger retired from Lawrence Livermore Lab as a telephone operator which she loved. She also loved family time and all the wonderful family trips together.
A celebration of Ginger's life will be held at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 7557 Amador Valley Boulevard, Dublin, CA on Saturday, April 26 at 12 noon. Reception will be held following the services.
