Betty (Transue La Barge) Davis

Betty was born in Richmond, California where she resided, became a Registered Nurse, then married Vincent La Barge Jr. and moved to Berkeley California. After many years raising her four children (Larry, Peter, Pat and Elinor La Barge) in Berkeley she married Lloyd Davis and moved to Orinda where she eventually retired from nursing. Betty was an avid swimmer, golfer, geneologist and member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. As a fifth generation Californian she was very proud of her lineage. Betty's last residence was the Casa de las Campanas Retirement Community in San Diego. She is survived by her family Larry La Barge, Peter La Barge, Elinor Colby, Linda Hinrichs and Dr. Larry Davis, their spouses, 11 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.
