Donna Rae was born in Porterville, Calif. on Feb. 15, 1934. She passed away peacefully Friday, June 28, 2013 at Enloe Hospital after suffering a heart attack.
Donna Rae graduated from Willows High School in 1952 and attended Sacramento Business College. She worked for Alta Dairy and married Leon Davis Oct. 30, 1954. They were married for 59 years.
You could always see Donna Rae tending to her flowers and yard; she loved being outdoors as much as possible. She also loved music, reading, fishing with her husband spending time with her family and friends and participating with Willows Alumni Association. Donna Rae enjoyed entertaining especially around the holidays as Christmas was her favorite celebration.
Donna Rae was a strong yet compassionate, loving and warm person who had lots of energy. She will be forever remembered by her family for her smile, laughter and always sound advice for many of life's adventures. She will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her.
Donna Rae is preceded in death by her parents, Marie and Doc Tuttle, and sisters Ethel June Manos and Betty Roberts.
Donna Rae is survived by her husband Leon Davis; children, Steve Davis, Ken Davis of Willows, Donna Moseby of Bellevue, Wash., her daughter in law Teresa Davis of Willows and Son in Law Paul Moseby of Bellevue, Wash; grandchildren, Peter Davis, Lisa Powell, Brandon Davis, Kalvin Smith, Anthony Powell of Willows and Jason Moseby and Kristin Moseby of Bellevue, Wash,; and great grandson Riley Powell; niece and nephews, Suzan Wolcott, Chuck Edwards of Willows and Brad Edwards of Fortuna, Calif.
Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday July 5, 2013 at the Assembly of God church located at the cross streets of Wood and Yolo in Willows CA. No reception will be held after services.

I am so very sorry to hear this, and not be able to attend the service. I am in Canada on vacation. I am sending a big hug for each of you. I am so sorry.

Sorry to hear of Donna passing. Remember the good old days in the 70s when Willows was a fun time... Thanks Leon for the fun and Service to the Country... And thanks to Steve, Ken, Donna.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Donna Rae, I remember her as a very nice person with a beautiful voice who sang for my wedding at the Baptist Church in 1950. Barbara Snider Burgard
