Hurshel Ray Rushing passed away on December 15, 2013.

Hurshel was born in Bennington, OK on April 16, 1933. He lived in Williams, Calif. for the last 47 years.
Hurshel was a farmer and had been in agriculture for the last 33 years. He enjoyed collecting various Hot Wheel Cars, tinkering with the lawn mower, and spending time with his family.
Hurshel is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Betty Rushing of Williams, Calif.; sons, Wesley Rushing and wife Cindy of Sacramento, Calif., Victor Rushing of Sacramento, Calif. and David Rushing of Williams, Calif.; daughters, Judy Ludwig and her husband Werner of Chico, Calif., Kathy Bowman and her husband Gary of Colusa, Calif. and Beverly Rushing of Williams Calif., brother, Phil Rushing and his wife Ruby of Bakersfield, Calif. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all of his family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday Dec 19, 2013 from 5-8 p.m. at the Williams Community Church at 315 9th St. in Williams, CA. Services will be held at Williams Community Church at 1:00 p.m., Friday December 20, 2013. Burial will follow at the Williams Cemetery.
