COSHOCTON: Frances Marie Cross, 87, of Coshocton, Ohio, passed away at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital on Monday, February 11, 2013.

She was born in Coshocton on October 30, 1925, the daughter of the late Floyd and Bertha (Kaser) Booth. Frances was a 1943 graduate of Warsaw High School. On March 3, 1944 she married Lester G. Cross, who preceded her in death in 1986. She worked at Pretty Products for 41 ½ years before retiring in 1987. Frances enjoyed bingo, needle work, and loved to cook.

She is survived by her two children, Larry Cross of Coshocton, and Cathy (James) Barnhart of Coshocton; seven grandchildren, Christina (Gail) Belt, Eric (Yvonne) Cross, Tammy Hawk, Perry Mitchell, Virginia (Carl) Everhart, Sabrina Bickle, and Melissa Henderson; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Frances is preceded in death by her seven siblings, Earl and Roy Booth, Dorothy Carter, Wilma Hennequant, Betty Kirker, Shirley Sapp, and Sara King.

Visitation will be held at Given-Dawson Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 from 5-7pm. Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Given-Dawson Funeral Home on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 10:00am with Reverend Craig Redecker officiating. Burial will follow at Darling Run Cemetery.
